Didn’t fulfill my order completely

Would like quicker response and needs another voice unit for bedroom. Necklace goes off when she rolls over.

Took longer to arrive than usual

They apparently had a slip up in processing my order. When it didn't ship as stated on the order, I called and could tell they hadn't shipped it yet. The lady promised to ship it the next day. It took a few more days to get it which isn't ideal for the product that was needed.

The item needed was spot- on. However, I paid 18.00 extra for shipping to get the item delivered in 3 days...it arrived at the end of the 4th day. I truly needed the item , fast!!

I had to call to make sure that they received my order. I never received a confirmation email to let me know that my order was received. I thought that was different and unprofessional for a business. When I called the person who answer the phone was a little rude. Will I order from them again, I am not sure. Have a safe and bless weekend.

Shipping is always fast & the price is good but I order 4 boxes at a time & out of the 4 I have to throw about 10 bags away. Don't know if you sell seconds or not but I have mentions this in the comments before but you never respond.

We been ordering from you for years . The bags come stuck together at the bottom . Maybe you need to inspect them before ship pl ing out to customers...
