Good service, but this company should not have Clorox wipes advertised knowing they have not had them for months , they are using this item to get hits on web searches, meaning when anybody Google's or searches Clorox wipes this website will come up just because it is on the website even if it is out of stock, tis company should not mislead people, this company has not had Clorox wipes for months now they should remove the item so they are not false advertising and well

The shipment took almost 2 weeks to arrive after I paid for 3-5 day shipping. It was in Texas twice and then was sent back east the first time. Next time it was delayed again, but showed up the next day. I do not put blame on the vendor I did call their customer service and they were as helpful as could be. Not so with the shipper, no way to discuss with a human, just a automated excuse response.

Ordered product, still have not received it.

So I paid the rather high price for next day shipping . A week later I had to call this company to find out why I had not received my order . The next day I received 7 of the tables I ordered . I only ordered 4 ! The following day I received 1 more table , bringing the total I ordered to 8 ! Again I ordered 4 with next day shipping at the cost of $56 . It took over a week and I ended up with twice my order . Then I get a call from this company requesting the additional 4 tables returned . Okay so no problem . But I was given a vague 2 day window when fedex might be here to pick up the extra tables . But no apology for the extra inconvenience of having to return the extra tables . AND NO offer of a refund on the hefty next day shipping that I paid for . Again $56 for next day shipping ,that didn't arrive until week later ! Plus a bunch of extra inconvenience .

Second time incident were website timed out in processing my order at check out and had to call in next day to confirmed card security was not charged and then place an order. Time consuming and security concerns. ??

I ordered it and payed for it at that time. Product did not ship out for Another 6 days. Took 7 days in transit. I understand Covid 19 may have played in some part of this but not all.

I got what I ordered, but your shipping costs are horrible, if shopping was normal and I felt comfortable to go shopping I would not have ordered them from you.

Ordered over nite delivery Friday but did not receive Saturday. I want that part refunded. Alane Taylor
