First order took only a couple of days to arrive, this second order took over a week and I needed the product urgently.

Nothing special. Price was above average and shipping cost was very high.

After wasting many strips comparing original and unistrip test strips there was a 25-30 point difference, until I went with original code of 25 for my One Touch Ultra 2 meter . Only then did I get consistent readings .

I received my test strips quickly, but they are expiring in 9 months. There's not much chance of me using 100 strips that quickly. When I called, I was told to call back in November and they'd refund what I hadn't used. That was not ok with me. The woman I spoke with was not happy with my plea. But after putting me on hold to "check", she did end up refunding half the cost, but with resistance. When I've ordered in the past, there was an expiration date of over a year. The shorter time was just not ok. Make sure you check the date when it arrives!

If I knew my product was coming from 10 miles away I would've picked it up and not paid 10 dollars for shipping 3 days across town

Product was delivered timely. Never received a tracking number of order number so had no idea when to expect it.
