This was my first time ordering from Medical Mega. After waiting 2 weeks for my order to arrive, I called to get a status. I was told the order was cancelled due to an issue with the credit card. No notice, no email, no phone call. People order medical supplies because they have a medical issue and need them, sometimes in a hurry. Fortunately, this was not the case for me, but I can't believe they just cancelled it with no follow up. The only reason this is a two star instead of one, is the customer service rep when I did call was able to fix the issue on their end and resubmit the order which arrived a few days later. I will think twice before ordering from them again.

You replaced pads and they are awful!!

My package wasn’t delivered to me directly I did not receive it like it said on the tracker. I was disappointed I didn’t get my package and called the carrier who delivered it and said I was getting a new one And still haven’t received it. I order the bags for my mom due to her surgery and now it two weeks without the bags I have ordered.

I ordered a silver wheel chair. The one I received was black. I also ordered leg rests and they did not come. I called customer service on 07/16/2021 and they said someone would email me or call me back. I am still waiting. I am willing to keep the chair if matching leg rests will be sent. Obviously the people filling your orders have missed the boat but also your customer service department is lacking. For the money I paid for this chair, I expected everything to be perfect

After shipping notification that my order shipped, days later I receive a email stating one item in unavailable and on back order. A few days later I receive a second package from them. Thinking it was the remainder of my order. Turns out I received some other customers order. So the wrong shipping label was attached to this package. An item i need quickly too. No word back yet after leaving voice messages and emails. Disappointed

Took forever to deliver

You are asking me to review your product. I have no idea what product you are talking about. Why can't you just say?

I ordered two of the items pictured on their website and was sent different items with the same item #. I called Customer service who checked with the manufacturer. it turned out that the manufacturer had changed the item and Medical Mega had not updated their website photo for that item. The "new" item is not transparent which is a feature that is very important to me. It doesn't pay me to take the time and expense to ship them back. All I was offered was a refund of $6 - better than nothing.
