This company reached out to me over a shipping problem I had identified with an order. I thought the overnight shipping option would be delivered on Saturday if I ordered on Friday. They responded immediately and asked me what they could do. I asked for them to reimburse the overnight shipping cost and reword the overnight shipping to next business day. They did both, I believe that shows that they truly care about their customers. Their actions will prevent anyone else from misunderstanding the overnight shipping option. I will be their customer for a long time and strongly recommend them to everyone.
