Very heavy. Hard to use to crutch around

I started off pleased then ended up not pleased when I tried to return a product. Turns out they will not take back opened boxes of ostomy supplies even though the items are individually packaged within the box. I lost about $90 and when social security is your only income that is a lot of money. I asked for an exception, but the answer was no return. There should be a trial kit for new users who don't know what they are doing or an option to buy individually instead of by the carton only.

Frustrated that my order was broken up over 5-6 packages over a week. Other than that cost and product was fine. Had one damaged item which they credited back to us.

Usually medical mega does a good job But on this latest two orders there packing and shipping on some of the order was very poor. The product package came in damaged and that was totally due to the way it was packed and shipped. So a 2 rating is probably more than they deserved.

The boxes were literally falling apart upon arrival.

Sent wrong ileostomy supplies. Had never ordered before. Said they would charge me to send back!!!

The product was a single use blodget which was not explained in the description. It was incredibly overpriced. I would not purchase from here again.

The, item I purchased was not the item depicted in the picture. I agree both have a similar description however. I assumed the item I purchasing was the item in the pic.
