I used this product in the past for business and work related purposes. Recently, I started using it on personal items, and it removes adhesive substances with no problem. In fact, I used the pads on a vehicle covered in tree sap, and it worked better than products I tried for the specific purpose of removing car debris. Just be sure to rinse off the vehicle soon afterwards to guard against potential paint damage. This product works like a charm. And one pad goes a long way.
