Trust worthy site
The site description of products was accurate. I was able to get some hard to find products in a brand other than the one I was used to using. It was shipped very quickly with no issues.

Took a while for the order to be put…
Took a while for the order to be put through and the shipping cost more than the item. The item box was torn and squashed. So for the cost of the shipping it shouldn't have been received like that. When I called to see if my order had been placed, it had and I was given a tracking number that was incorrect. When I called back to get the correct number the item was delivered. The item it self was what I had ordered.

I really like that the prices are low…
I really like that the prices are low but packages could be delivered sooner. Although I am aware that because of COVID, deliveries are backed up because more people than ever are using delivery services.
