Couldn't order unless they could save my card for future transactions, just not my choice I guess.

I placed an order of 100$ July first and it’s six weeks later . No merchandise, no apology or confirmation of the items even sent! Starting to believe this is a fraudulent company with unethical or business practices.

Packaging was completely destroyed, causing distrust of product quality and usability. They shipped testing strips (plastic tube in cardboard box) in a small bubble envelope, and the product was smashed in the shipping process. There was no way to tell if product was sealed. This should have been shipped in a standard shipping BOX, not an envelope. Unable to use product as a result.

Only received 3 items out of 6. Packing slip said 6. Second time this has happened. Now I have to take the time to find out what happened to the other 3 items

I wrote to customer service before I purchased the enteral valve to make sure that it would fit. I gave them the size of the G Tube and the enteral valve that I was interested in and they reassured me that it would fit. I received it in the mail and it doesn’t fit. It’s way too small. I wasted a lot of time and money and I would never buy again

I'd be happy to give you a review but I never got my order.

Still missing 192 bottles of vitamins we ordered.

All 3 containers of disinfectant wipes were open in the box and useless
