It was delivered on time and a good quality product.

Customer service interactions were professional and well executed. Order packing slip was lacking contact details which was a bit frustrating but didn’t matter as order was all good.

Its all good shipping is good but one thing is that shipping is expensive and no promo codes or nothing send to customers. I have purchased so much from this site and no promo codes.

There was an issue when it was shipped it said it was delivered i didnt get it i checked with my neighbors most likely usps error, i called and they answered right away they told me they would check with a supervisor and email me back which they did almost immediately they sent me a replacement which i received today.

I was very excited about this product. However, when it arrived and I tried to use it, I had trouble getting the paper to stay long enough to wipe properly. I loved the curved handle and the fact that you were supposed to be able to eject the paper without touching it. However, the button was hard to push, I had a hard time pushing it hard enough to actually eject the paper. I was very disappointed.
