Received a partial order and nothing on what is missing. Second order never received at all. Called and they want to cancel that part of my order because someone put the wrong price and I purchased it for $1 vs ? They then said they don’t have to honor that because it’s not in stock. Legit, it might not be, but you have 2 orders for this item I need and I highly doubt I will ever see that item. Do I get a refund from my CC or talk to the owner? Second order they don’t even have a record of. I call BS because it was the same item. Months later…I still have yet to receive my order, left at least a dozen msgs, they do nothing but ignore me. Screenshot the fact this it is in stock and the price, apparently they mostly deal with companies because I was told it would be credited (magically found my second order) to my acct. Hunny, I’m an individual ordering and don’t have an acct like a company. Ask for my money… nothing. So I have an acct with them that I don’t have access to, and they are holding my money hostage.

I ordered 2 boxes of paper table roll first box came in I have to call your attention before you delivered the second one and I said needs signature your delivery guy just left it at the door on a weekend what if that was stolen and the box was partially opened That is why I specifically said needs signature do not just drop at the door

They sent me a number that I did not ask for and I spoke and they did not give me an answer.

Not what I ordered!

I ordered supplies a week ago and only received half my order which I can't use because it takes both parts to work. I notified them and was told that they would reorder it for me. I received a notice yesterday stating it was sent to another state. I need this order ASAP
