We did not receive our order and I paid for expedited shipping! And I ordered it twice!

Took around 2 weeks to get product! called 4 times and was told it would be there the next day it was out for delivery!!!

Hello I placed an order and paid for a case of diapers to be delivered but instead only received 1 diaper bag

My first order was fine. Order new Hollister bags and in the first box used the bags develop holes at the flap by the Velcro attachment so far the first 5 bags have had this issue.

I did not expect to receive expired product. It cannot be used in my clinic. It wasn't until it was paid did I see the expiration date

Shipped the wrong item and won't pay for shipping item back. Also will not credit account until item received. No explanation as to why the wrong item was received. No concern just like a shrug of the shoulders. Never order from them again.
