Hello.... Well first of all it took what I thought was a long time to get here. And then the packaging was not sufficient enough the box was squashed and the bandaids were coming out.

Packaging was terrible. Out of 12 cans of spray, 8 had busted protective caps for the spray nozzle. Cans were put in box w/ only one air pak and they allowed to beat - bang each other during shipment

We ordered Ace Bandages on 8/2/20 and finally received it on 8/14/20. Not great service but everything was there.

Second time to order my PTINR strips. They came in as soon as promised, pleased with the service

Package is late, and delivery date is still unknown.

It took too long for order to arrive. When it finally arrived, the cardboard box that it was shipped in came soaking wet, and the box just pulled apart and the contents fell out. Even though the items sent were each wrapped in plastic, they all touched to dirty wet box. Handling the items shipped may not be too sanitary. I plan to remove each items from its plastic wrapping and then place each item into a clean ziploc bag. This is a bit of a mission, but there does not seem to be choice after calling customer service.

Normally, I would give you 5 stars, but his most recent order was shorted 2 items. I will say that this issue has been promptly addressed and I have been assured that the 2 missing items have been shipped. I would be willing to revise my review when they arrive.

They have fast shipping and are a legitimate company. They are overpriced on their Lysol spray and should not be price gouging customers as per Lysol themselves
