Just like everyone else here I have been scammed by this "company". I ordered face masks on the 1st of march and still haven't received them nor did I get any reply for my emails. And the tracking number provided only directs to a chinese post website with not info on my package! It's so obvious that it's a scam website I am only writing to see if anyone has any info on how to report them and stop them ripping off other people with their scam website. Please share and let's all help out. Thank you

Much like everyone else I've yet to receive an order made 03March2020 for face mask. Tracking was created with China Post on the same date of purchase and no further updates from China Post and/or Medical Secure.

As for all other messages this year - this company seem to be scammers who send automated messages only and do not reply to email query requests. Did not even provide a tracking number and over 10 weeks since our order.

I too have been waiting since the 3rd March for a delivery. I received a dispatch and tracking confirmation complete with tracking number. However, it looks like China Post never received the items. The register the tracking number as soon as they are notified to carry. It does not mean they have the items in their system. I have repeatedly emailed the seller and had replies, but only that "the package is at the postal center. My last email was cc'd to the following addresses: GB_at_mofcom.gov.cn political_uk_at_mfa.gov.cn I suggest others do the same. If we cannot stop them scamming customers, perhaps the Chinese Government can.

Ordered Professional Medical Carbon Face Mask (Black) × 1, never received the mask, never received a reply to my request.

What a company , I have been scammed too . Same as previous review, they say same , now they don’t even acknowledge emails , SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. SCAMMERS , SCAMMERS SCAMME

I ordered face masks from this company on February 26th , goods have not arrived, according to their tracking they were sent by China Post. I have emailed them several times but they don’t reply.
