I have avoided using a billing company for 10years, but after reading the reviews, I decided to try MediBillMD. I was still fairly skeptical, but have been pleasantly surprised. I have my own direct contact, Zack Keller, who works directly with my company and he has been beyond helpful! He is always quick to reply, very professional, responsive, and has been able to answer all my questions. They also assign someone to guide the onboarding process. We have Alex Walker and he has also be wonderfully helpful and responsive. The onboarding process does take a little bit, but they provide a timeline and are able to make sure things are moving in the right direction. Wish I would have taken this leap years ago.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Urik's support. He has been incredibly supportive and professional throughout our collaboration. Urik consistently helps with scheduling in a timely and thoughtful manner, and he always communicates clearly. I also appreciate that he reliably sends updates or notices regarding clients.

I have tried doing credentialing myself for acunpture clinic & wasted a lot time researching & hopping through different process from regualar medical office. Medibillmd has been very responsive in handling our credentialing for 3 offices. They stay in contact and communicate with you on a regular basis.
