MediaXpressReviews of mediaxpress.net

Had 300 digipaks printed for my new band Inner Solace...Submitted artwork and the customer service was exceptional...Before processing, we were notified of any flaws or resolution problems in the submissions...Also given pointers on how to edit before resubmission....and not charged any extra....Would highly recommend Media Xpress to anyone looking for a quality, affordable, friendly way to promote yourself, or someone else.. Will definitely use them in the future :) Sincerely, Kenny Niceley

We owned a video production company and MediaXpress does all of our CD, Blu-ray, USB drive and printing needs, we have been working together for the past two years and they are very reliable, high quality products, always on time and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this company to any professional or individual business.

Every March for the last 3 years, I have worked with Mediaxpress to print DVD's for our high school wrestling team . . . It is always a time-sensitive deadline, and Mediaxpress has always gone out of their way to ensure that my order was ready on time and at a professional level of quality. They have every right to charge extra money for the expidited service I need, but they never have; that's the kind of rare customer service that I value and the reason I will reccomend their business to anyone with a similar project.

As an independent filmmaker, deadlines can be very stressful, but MediaXpress was always there to make things go smooth, from their ability to do quick turnarounds, and their flexibility with ordering. Every time I stopped by at their storefront, the staff was very helpful and went beyond the normal level of service by providing us with some tools we needed to complete our projects (extra boxes for shipping and blank DVD sleeves, both at no charge). We were able to get physical proofs of our work the same day we submitted our artwork, and Max was eager to give us a tour of the studio and showed us how the DVDs are produced. I am a skateboard video producer and have worked with Max on three projects since 2010 with great results. Approximately 500 DVDs were ordered for each project. In the end we got our product on time at a great price and good quality. I always unquestionably recommend this business to my fellow skateboard filmmakers.

Whenever we need DVD duplication done right and timely, we trust MediaXpress. They are friendly and find whatever it takes to meet our tight timelines.

MediaXpress is awesome. I had a rush dub order of 100 dvds that needed to happen same day. At the last moment I was told to make it 200 dvds. I called and asked if they would be able to double the order and still make it same day and I was told it was no problem. They delivered on time and we were able to distribute the discs at our event. Thank you MediaXpress!

This is my third album Max at MediaXpress has done for me and I can't say enough about the job they have done every time. I would recommend them to anyone with confidence. The price is always competitive and the quality has surpassed expectations every time. The audio is wonderful, the graphics reproduced perfectly, the colors vivid and the service and turn around time were very impressive. I would and will use Max again !!!
