This was my first time having audio CD's made and Matt was very helpful in working with me and their customer service was very good. I was able to make the CD cover online quite easily however, I would have appreciated more design options. The site also does not seem to allow you to save a project, the come back to edit. Nonetheless, I will back to them for the next batch of CD's I need.

Fast, reasonable, excellent company definitely will use for all of my future projects.

I had some trouble understanding the instructions for uploading my artwork, but the online rep helped right away to resolve the problem. The quality of the disks that I had printed was very good. The quality and color was good. The cds were packed well. Overall it took a week from time my order was placed until I received 65 color printed blank disks. Pricing was good and comparable. I appreciate that I didn't have to order more than I needed just to get a certain price. Overall satisfaction = Excellent. I will order again. Thank you.

I love working with MediaXpress! I had an order from a client for 150 DVDs with three different masters. The client wanted to do the duplication themselves, so I needed DVD blanks with thermal printing. I designed the labels (in keeping with other projects this client has done). Uploaded the label designs to MediaXpress and placed the order. They emailed me back exactly how the labels would look on the DVD blanks, we played them, and three days later... BOOM! Had the order ready for pickup in Minneapolis. Will definitely recommend and do business with them again!

I was looking for a reasonable price place to brink blank CDs for my wedding invitation that weren't just labels. The price was great the product is perfect the colors were true and I got them very fast.

I am an Artist who is about to get ready to take a trip out of town, so I thought "Hey let me order some CD's". after doing research and trying other sites I found Mediaxpress. I was a bit skeptical after reading reviews but I tried them anyway. Great prices I got CD's, Jewel Cases, Tray Cards, and covers for 96.50. The order got here in a week. it actually got early delivery. I am definitely looking forward to doing business again!

As long as you know what you're doing with graphics and audio/video files, this company is great - you can upload your stuff and get it in the mail a week or two later. If you don't know what you're doing in preparing materials, ANY duplication company will find it difficult to deal with you. Based on my correspondence with them, this company has good customer support, so if you're new at this, they'd probably be a good company to deal with. My only gripe - not even worth subtracting a star for - is that if you upload a DVD for duplication it costs $45 extra for processing, which is silly. I can see if you upload a video that needs to be converted, but I upload VIDEO_TS folders which are all ready for burning and require no processing.
