Once the order is placed, there is confusion as to where the appropriate file should be uploaded. I had to upload twice because the middle man that asked for the uploading and declared himself satisfied, disappeared from view in the last step and the system asked me to upload again. The link with Paypal is not smooth, as if the seller was afraid of promoting the paypal alternative to credit card. I did not want to release credit card information in a blanket form as requested to do and that required a nice lady to intervene by email. No problem per se here, but that is an unecessary overhead for your company. The DVDs received were perfectly printed and so I am satisfied with the work done and will order again. This confusion is typical of web sites written by half amateurs that do not test properly their own cooking. Hopefully It will improve with time.
