2nd order. My only criticism is the DVD artwork comes out muted; White is grey, etc. Otherwise everything was good. They were responsive throughout.

The service was great and the artwork turned out exactly as we uploaded it. The only critique I would give is that there was some dried ink on the back of a few of the CD-R's, making those unusable. Other than than, I feel this was a good value for the price and the order was received quickly.

Easy design process. Quick turn around. Fair pricing. 2 cases out of 100 came broken, othwerwise id give 5 stars. Overall happy, and would order again.

When placing a re-order of a DVD duplication there isn't a space to leave a note on the title of the project and any other details that are needed.

I've mostly been pleased with the service. However there was a bit of a disagreement with the shipping fee that wasnt included with the initial order. Not sure why the website didnt include this in the initial process of ordering. Overall, the quality of work remains stellar.

Very good service. The website is a little clunky and I didn't understand that a pdf was not acceptable. I thought it was but must have overlooked that in the instructions. But once I got the right graphics to them they did everything as they said they would in the time frame they advertised. I was very happy with the quick turn=around and the product quality! Excellent!
