I am just starting out with my web design company and being able to resell hosting services makes sence for my business to get my customers online faster and in a self contained system I can control for my customers.

This is a wonderful company, they keep my website running. I’m not a web developer, but they’ve always been patient and helped me to keep my amateur website up and running. Any trouble has always received nearly immediate attention.

Customer service and Technical Support are very responsive. No AI bots feeding you canned fake support messages. Actual support from a human being who can think critically to find a resolution to the situation.

I hear from many hosting companies about the value of AI. We'll never, ever consider using AI. Our responses come from us and sometimes full of typos, but we'll never use AI! Thanks for your patience as we've helped you with onboarding questions/issues! Welcome to the MediaServe Family!

MediaServe is amazing. William at MediaServe is awesome. We’ve been with MediaServe for quite some time, and I can’t say enough good things about them. If you have a hosting account with one of those conglomerate outfits where you’re just a number and the support people could not care less, and your sites are slow because their servers are so over taxed, then do yourself the biggest favor you could by switching to MediaServe.

Thanks for your patience too with the MultiSite WordPress website. It was a bit tricky to make exceptions for that. Thanks for this awesome review!
