Leaver & Co.Reviews of mediaserve.com

Excellent, friendly, prompt, easy to understand help.

I moved hosting here due to lack of customer support from last host. I have found my new home here and will be looking forward to building my company here.

Great Hosting Site. They have rock bottom prices, and a service staff that is very responsive. Would recommend 10/10,

MediaServe has the best customer service and support team…always there to help! Nathan

Have been using media serve re-seller service for years. Enjoy the price, support and dependable service.

I have been working with Media Serve for quite a few years. They are prompt, polite, and provide reliable services.

After purchasing my service, the next day I was contacted by a real live person. They offered to move all of my content from my other server for me. They took care of all the bumps in the road that they ran into and answered all my questions without saying “we can’t do that“. Everything‘s working great on the new platform! What a breath of fresh air.

Troy with Mediaserve goes above and beyond in his efforts to ensure the servers are top notch and running great. We have used Mediaserve for over 10 years and the customer service provided for our Church and ministry websites that Mediaserve hosts are absolutely wonderful. Several times Troy has assisted in fixing issues that wasn't even the web servers fault but was discovered to be something we overlooked in our coding. It's very hard to find customer service like this and we've been having it for over 10 years with Mediaserve. Very happy and would highly recommend!
