I know 5 stars is very high and leaves no place for improvement for a company, but Jordan and Josh are going to ensure 5 stars is all they will need! When we purchased Media Place, we did not even access it until a month or two later. Our tremendous mistake, but it was the holiday season and we were working on another project. We wanted to support these guys and be apart of their new venture at the ground level. Which is always the best thing to do because they deliver quality. Now, there is AI added to the Media Place platform! We have other AI products, but not all in one place like the new upgrade has provided. This company was referred by Paul Ponna to us and just because he put his name on it we knew it would be here for the long run. So far we have 4 products from this company and neither one has faulted on any level. That says a lot, because softwares will come and disappear like it your money was nothing or the reason you supported means nothing. We can type more about the customer service, but that would make this review even longer. All we can say to close is, "Support this company's products" and you will understand why they deserve 5 stars.
