GCG MediaReviews of mediagcg.com

During my cooperation with this company, I prepaid more than 200,000 US dollars in advertising funds, but starting from December 2024, they could not provide any advertising accounts and would not refund my funds. I even had to go to Dubai to communicate with their company boss. They were arrogant and unreasonable. This is a pure scam company.

They never refunded us $4k of balance that we never spent. Been waiting for 1 year

We've worked with GCG for almost 2 years. We've never had an issue with an ad account (compared to all the weekly issues we used to have!). I've been really impressed by the reliable service they deliver, and it's refreshing to work with such a flexible and solution-orientated team who respond so quickly to our messages. Special thanks to Abby, Ariane and Mari - You guys are amazing!

I want to take a moment to commend GCG Media for their exceptional services. From the moment I began working with them, I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and expertise. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is taken care of. The support staff is particularly noteworthy—they are not only efficient and responsive but also genuinely helpful and friendly. One aspect that truly sets GCG Media apart is their willingness to provide services on weekends when no other agency does. This level of commitment and flexibility is incredibly valuable and demonstrates their dedication to their clients' needs. Additionally, the assets provided, such as the Business Manager and Ad accounts, are exceptionally great and have significantly contributed to the success of my campaigns. I highly recommend GCG Media to anyone seeking high-quality media services and unparalleled customer support. Thank you for making every experience a positive one!

Scam scam scam

They were telling me that they can open accounts quickly and that they don't have issues with httpool. After I signed up and submitted all required info for ad account creation (edited multiple times because of some stupid things the think that matter on fb) I waited for 14 days and they didn't deliver accounts. They told me that they have new partner which is charging 10x more than their previous partner. They refused to refund the subscription fee saying that I "used" their service even though I didn't get any accounts. I received a refund 35 days later for the top-up I did as per their requirement. Do not recommend this unprofessional and unreliable agency at all.

I've worked with several companies before finding GCG Media , i would have saved a lot of money time and effort if i was refered to it from the start for my advertizing on Facebook , Tiktok , Snapchat. Effeciency , rapidity , i'm scaling since the first week , and i'm very satisfied from the service.
