I've been with this company for last three years almost and it has been an incredible journey working here. The company culture and the work environment is just exceptional. Their management is great and the best part is their BD department which is like moreover an executive department where employees thoughts,good work and ideas are truly valued.

I am currently working in MedCare MSO and I'm here as a Sr BDE. Culture is quite good, and growth is determined on the basis of value provided by an employee. Management has provided alot of tools to help us achieve our targets, environment is very friendly and motivating. I am working with Medcare MSO from past 1 year 3 months and so far my experience is quite great. Its one of the best companies I have ever worked with the management and co workers are really helpful and nice towards each and everyone.

To give a quick background on my history as a medical provider, I have used various billing services for over 25 years. Yet it took hiring MedCare, (a little over 15 months ago) to highlight what I had been missing with other services/professionals to keep me searching for the right fit. So glad I did! Calls day after day after day, and multiple times per day, after being told every single time that we are *not* interested. Uses a name suspiciously close to Medicare and agents who are difficult to understand in order to dupe staff into getting their supervisor as they think they are from a governmental agency. Called and pretended that we "just called them" and that they were returning our call, not even two minutes after I had just hung up, having told them on a separate call we are not interested.

This company has a history of firing employees without and reason. CEO is immature and rash...

I wanted to take the time to thank Soren and the team at Medcare MSO. My account was complicated and not easy to handle. However they made sure every detail was resolved including the unexpected problems that arose. I really appreciate the work they did very much and would recommend them to anyone in need of medical billing services.

Top notch billing company. I highly recommend these guys. Our previous billing company was very negligent in their practices. MSO was able to immediately identify the previous companies mistakes and correct them. I cannot speak highly enough about the team at MSO.
