I waited for an hour and a half in total after having connection issues and being auto declined without being able to see a doctor twice. I now have a 40 dollar charge pending and although the price point is slightly higher I had a much better experience with nuggmd.

It says 'get med card' $39.99 but to actually get the card it's an additional $20. Bait and switch rip off

Took my money and wont give a refund, bs meeting link that isnt even valid. really wish I waited and didnt go to the first option.

This website took my money and never gave me a refund joined the meeting 10 different times someone joins and keep getting the u have failed or not been accepted but never got my money back.

My card was supposed to be good for a year, but only good for 3 months. I received it today 2/8/2025 and the dates say says 5/1/2024-5/1/2025 witch is 3 months from now
