One of the worse experience ever!!! They just don't care, my boyfriend told the doctor the I do a heavy lifting at work and asked him if my age was a bad for my pregnancy, and he said no she'll be fine and he send me back to work with no restrictions, and here I am a week later I lost my baby 😢

Horrible place. Says they open at 8am… we’ll it’s now 8:32 and no one in wight. What a joke! Can I give 0 stars?

Was put on hold for 40 min when I called again for paperwork they told me they would call back 2 weeks to fill one paper. Front desk costumer service was terrible.

I will definitely never return here. It's the worst doctors office I've ever been to. The staff is unwelcoming and disorganized. They don't take appointments so you're forced to wait for hours. The doctor was extremely rough and I ended up leaving in more pain than when I arrived. They misspelled my name, even though I corrected them multiple times, and sent my prescription (under the wrong name) to the wrong pharmacy after I verified the correct location twice. Completely wasted my time. I guess I'll be going to an urgent care at a different doctors office.

"This is the worst medical office (are they even doctors/) to deal with for doctors and should have their license revoked promptly and close this office down. They don't care about their patience, its a hassle to get refills, place on hold for 40-60 minutes, they never return calls or keep phone call appointments, and appears they use Medical as a cash cow for their useless service. I am report this place to Medical Board of California (MBC) and I encourage everyone that writes a review to also file a complaint to MBC. WORST DOCTOR OFFICE EVER!!!!!"

I cant even get an appointment, The online appointment scheduler is broken and they certainly don't answer the phone or call back. I guess they don't want business.Please don't waste your time.

"Office staff is rude, ""office manager"" Lied about my treatment and diagnosis. If you wanna be over prescribed Narcotics definitely Look no further. This Dr will give you 100's of Valium but won't have anything to do with Factual holistic medicine."

"Waited for well over an hour on a Sunday morning with my 21 month old who quite obviously has strep (her older sister is already on medication for not). The nurse or PA on duty never even spoke to my daughter or tried to build rep-ore, she started off asking me if I even wanted to have an appointment since she probably couldn't get a swab. (What?!) she ""tried"" three times but never even put the swab in my daughters mouth. Obviously she wasnt going to hold her sore mouth wide open but she opened it a bit. My daughter who was in a Lot of pain was scared and this woman just stared at her and said open"" We walked away with nothing but a sobbing baby being told we'd have to go to our primary care clinic when they open tomorrow, How unhelpful and unreliable to not even try to do your job. If I can not count on you to do your job and core for my sick child then I will not be back! We have had plenty of positive experiences with our young children at the Minute Clinic in the Shoreview target including many successful strep tests I'm frustrated about the bill I'm still going to get even tho she did absolutely nothing! Do not bring your kids to this clinic!"
