I could not log on to my account and I never connected with a doctor so now my license will expire and I don’t have a new one plus the coupon code texted to me did not work

I thought I was receiving a CA MMC that exempts me from the extreme CA taxes. I was not informed this card ONLY covers the amount of cannabis I buy. If I was told this information I would of moved on to find a MMC that includes exemption from CA taxes. It seems to me MONEY is all they want and patients needs fall by the wayside.

I’ve logged in several times for the face-to-face phone call and the doctor never picks up so so far. My review is not good.

The doctor never came and I waited 40 minutes

Customer service is basically non-existent. Can't log in after just creating an account. Cannot reset password as well. Called to no response other than to leave a voicemail.

No response for reset on password or username on newly established account

"ALERT…ALERT…. ALERT ….. Be careful before going Med Card Services. Their Service is completely rubbish. I strongly advise not to go there. My brother and his family visited their last week and their experience is terrifying. They provide completely wrong report so that my brother's immigration process interrupts. If you see any positive comments about them, I am 100% sure that the comment provider is their paid agent."
