I prefer to read instead of listen to the content, so on pages where everything that's said is also written, you can't just skip the audio.
Can't skip forward when you've already read and understood everything on the page.

Website was not secure it kept going it…
Website was not secure it kept going it in and out and every time it went out I had to go back and start my class all over again

Great course content but...
I've taken 2 courses in the past 4-6 weeks, which have both had good quality of content. However, the courses do not appear in my course tracker (they're supposed to transfer automatically) and there's no way to see that I've done the courses. So it's an extra hassle trying to figure out how to get credit for the time I've spent.

system issues
This is not about a recent experience, but more about the system as a whole. I have to continually sign in during my treatments w/pts due to Medbridge kicking me out. I do not understand why there is such a limited time frame before the log out happens when I do not have any personal info up on the computer. Another thing....why is the access code for pts tied to the user who created the exercise program? We have PTA that see our pts and we cannot add on to the pt's exercise program with different user names. The access code should be unique to each pt and therefore, allow multiple users to contribute to that one access code. I hope this review helps to improve your program. Otherwise, I really love the exercise and pt education info available to give to pts.

For the timeouts you're experiencing, this is a security setting that we are required to implement to maintain our HIPAA/HITRUST certification. We do understand this can be frustrating and will pass your feedback on. Regarding the access codes for patients, instructions for sharing HEPs can be found on our Help Center.

Live Webinars
Quality of the seminars are good. Unfortunately, MedBridge has very few live webinars for speech therapists. I had to sign up with other organizations to meet my live CEU requirements.

Good topics for CEU's
Good topics for CEU's, bought 1 year subscription, then they threw a great' sale' on product... pretty pissed the didn't extend the price offer.

There are better websites with applicable information that can be applied to patients. Your website does have great information but not much on the application of that information.
