I ordered a watch strap from MedWatch-US on January 12, 2025, and paid $19.50. It's now been over five months, and I never received the item. The company stopped responding to my messages . This is a scam operation that takes your money and disappears. I’ve already filed a complaint with the FTC and initiated a chargeback through my bank. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this seller — they are dishonest and possibly fraudulent.

Purchased a watch from their website med-watch.us and received a completely different watch then what was ordered. Left e-mail and tried to contact customer service and the number is no longer in service. HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!

The watch is completely useless and emails to the seller go unanswered: The watch does not seem to measure blood pressure at all (it's results do not correlate with those of an actual blood pressure machine) The pulse measurement is so poor that it is pretty much useless. The time cannot be set on the watch itself (a pretty basic requirement for a watch). The 'graph' image that you see on the watch in the photos is just a static image that it comes with. It does not relate in any way to the readings it is supposed to be taking. A complete waste of money, does not perform any of the functions advertised. Avoid at all costs.

A total waste of money. Not only can it not accurately measure blood pressure, it totally went blank after only 10 months. The company took no responsibility citing a 30 day warranty! These guys should be shut down.
