Like others I would give them nil if I could. I ordered a weight loss pen the money was immediately taken out of my account. I then got an email advising they could not fulfil my order and that it would take up to 10 days to refund my money!

This company is an absolutely disgrace. Have been chasing for a refund for faulty mounjaro pen for close to 2 months. They clearly don’t want to pay it. I was assured on two different occasions that my second pen would be paused until my replacement pen was sent and my refund issued. Nevertheless, they tried to still debit money from my account. Fortunately, I’d already instructed my bank to block any payments to them. I’ve now given them 7 days to pay my refund before I take legal action. DO NOT USE this company. You’ll regret it.

Just leaving another excellent 1 star for another disappointing experience with med express. Had customer service contact me today confirming they realised they were in the wrong offering me 15.00 credit as gesture of good will. I asked if i have it in bank instead was told can only be credit. The firm should be shut down. Stay away from them

If i could give no stars i would. I recently ordered some medication and was given 3 days difference in my enquiry for next delivery time. Everytime i tried to address this issue i was fobbed off and passed from pillow to post getting different answers everytime for the same question. There is definitely nothing express about this company. Avoid it

Absolutely shocking Taking money and not delivering the pills or a date not being able to find a manager to escalate the matter after spending £1000s never again. Will never use again

I am so disappointed. I have been a good customer but two weeks ago Royal Mail did not deliver my pen when scheduled. It was delivered and left in the extreme heat a day later without the ice protection. I contacted help they said they would send a return label. Still waiting, being ignored now , missed two doses and it’s looking like my only option is to do a charge back
