The staff is always welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m treated by name at every visit which makes me feel as though I’m not just another account. I had to make what turned out to be a very complicated wire transfer recently and everyone involved (shout out to Chad, Sonia and Nancy) really worked diligently and patiently with me to accomplish it. New staffer, Aliyah, was great as well and will be a wonderful addition to your team,

The Branch Manager, Karen Capelo, opened a checking account for me on 12/8/23. She couldn’t have been any nicer and kinder! I can get easily stressed these days, but her positive attitude and professionalism calmed me right down! I look forward to banking at Mechanics Cooperative’s beautiful branch in Dighton.
