Hi Laurrieann, thank you for taking the time to bring this issue to our attention and we are sorry to hear of your frustrations. Typically our cards are mailed out 7-10 business days after ordering, but due to the nationwide chip shortage - our cards are currently taking 14-21 business days. Please know customer service is always at the forefront of what we do at Mechanics and want to help in any way we can. Our customer service team will be trying to reach out to see what we can do to rectify this. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for banking with us.
