The hoist I ordered was great but I got the wrong instruction for the hoist so when I installed it my spacing between the posts were wrong. Besides having 12 extra holes in my floor and moving the hoist to stay away from the extra holes, try finding 3/4 inch anchor bolts on a Saturday! The costumer service was great though.... I'm happy to say that mechanic outlet went out of their way to make everything better. Whenever I'm looking to buy new equipment my first stop will be with mechanic outlet because of their outstanding service. I want to say thanks to Kristi for helping this problem get resolved quickly!

Yes! The manufacturer changed the lift without giving us notice or any UPDATED information such as install manuals prior to that change and it cost the customer time and $ to get the lift installed. The manufacturer would not cover the cost for our customer's anchors bolts, and did not even apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Mechanic Outlet covered the cost for the Manufacturer's lack. This Brand is being removed from our website. Far too many issues lately.
