Jeff chose to wait until the best installer was available from day one. The FREIGHT Company is the culprit in this case... they had a several trailers stacked up after the 4th of July on the Monday (July 8th) ~ We had made several attempts to reach the installer on Monday morning he returned our call late morning~ he was on the road to the FREIGHT DOCK when the installer went to pick up they told him he would have to come back Wednesday. The installer did so and completed the install on that Wednesday.

I'm so sorry! We did get your online order for the pad accessories by Challenger. I was responding to your inquiry about being out of stock, I found it in my drafts... I did not press send. We did refund your $ right away, II just did not send the email I had prepared. Sometimes it gets quite busy my apologies!!!

Order was placed on 9/11 Order #20180911-1988 details Payment via Credit/Debit Card on September 11, 2018 @ 1:10 pm. Customer IP: On the 21st I was notified by email and also got a phone call very early in the morning regarding the broken button (we are 3 hours behind east coast customer) Gave him phone # to tech support due to not being in the office yet. When I got to the office I sent the protocol email to request the warranty part to be shipped out. And the part is supposed to be delivered today Sept 27th. The customer and I and the tech support person have all been in contact through out the process. All parts are mailed ground service. *** surprised to see this 1Star review ~ wish this was a perfect world without broken buttons!! Customer's lift shipped in 2 days. DATS Trucking only goes to his city (remote is what they called it) on Thursdays lift will be delivered on May 23rd. I asked Mitzi @ DATS Trucking why they had not called the customer to schedule his appointment yet, she did say they usually call the same day. I reminded her all of our orders require a 24 hour notice. Send the customer the information and the phone #s to DATS Trucking. I am not sure this review if for Mechanic Outlet, it seems to be more toward the freight company.

The lift manufacturer sent the two lifts to Mechanic Outlet by mistake. Since this review they did get the lift to him by the time he required. We would take responsibility for this if it were our mistake. We do apologize for the mishap!
