MechaliReviews of mechalico.com

Quick delivery, great quality pants and love style of jeans. Good work.

It came fast and I love the quality. It’s a little small on me but that just means I should hit the gym. Truly satisfied!

Great pants. quick delivery!

The response time was good on my order and the delivery time was reasonable. The quality of my purchase is excellent. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my tracking communications kept having the word “green” which made me paranoid I was going to get the wrong color pants. I recommend this purchase.

Does not fit at all like I expected, the model in the photo was roughly 2 inches taller than me and I bought a size down and the sleeves extend past my hands.

My order delivered quickly and beautifully packaged.

Great customer service & excellent quality.

My experience with Mechali was really refreshing. I received my order and it was pretty obvious almost immediately that the clothes had already been worn (there was a strong cologne scent and a small piece of hardware was missing from my jeans). I wrote Mechali before even trying on the pants to notify them of the condition I received them in. They responded within hours, provided a pre-paid return link, and said that they'd immediately ship my replacement order as soon as I returned the originals. There was no friction in our communication and they were very responsive, which I greatly appreciated. After I was finally able to drop my original order in the mail, Mechali shipped my new order which I received today. I opened the package and had a *handwritten* card with a discount code for my next purchase. I'm very pleased with the efficiency of their return process and the generosity they extended even after my issue was resolved. Bravo, Mechali! Excited to order from you again.
