All products are cut to order fresh and never previously frozen, however if you select the ground frozen shipping option at checkout your proteins are flash frozen to preserve the quality and allow it to shipped without spoil. When you receive the proteins at your house you can definitely freeze it to keep it from spoiling before you get a chance to eat it.
