The CISCO practice tests were an invaluable tool for passing the CCNA. Questions have both the answers and an explaination to help your learning. With the results if each test being displayed one can easily see the progress being made. Support: Customer Support is first class, I have had two issues, both resolved, quickly and helping me to "move on".

I could not found any single relevant question in my exam coming from your 172 question bank.

I bought the AZ-305 practice test download . I want to practice by selecting the answer and the immediately clicking the "Show answer" link to check if my answer is correct. The first practice test worked fine. For the second and third practice test, there was no "Show answer" link even after selecting the option to show the answer at the beginning of the test. Because of this I need to answer the entire test, complete the test and then go through the entire list of questions again to see the answers. In AZ-305 the questions are huge paragraphs. Because of this bug in your software (where the "Show answer" link does not appear), I need to spend an additional 2 hours reading the questions and answers again after the test instead of doing it immediately. This is a bug in your software which renders your practice test ineffective. I need a refund. Please initiate a refund for me.

There are tools on MeasureUp that I wasn't really using until after my first CompTia A+ exam, which I failed. Now! I really appreciate the detailed resource information that goes along with the curriculum at My Computer Career. I really love the convenience it provides me, in that I can study, review, take a practice test at any time during the day. The information provided is informative, easy to understand. The labs give me hands-on experience so that when I get out in the field I have the experience needed to be an effective IT professional.
