MeasureUpReviews of measureup.com

Functionally sound with environment that is close to the real exam look and feel. Extensive learning of the exam course materials with detailed explanations and hyperlinks to official relevant sources. I passed the DP-300 within the one month subscription.

They advertise that you can cancel your subscription plan at any time and that no further charges will be made. You can find this statement on their official website under the subscription plans for individuals page, with a direct quote: "You can decide to cancel your subscription at any time." (Though they may have already changed it.) In reality, this is misleading. You will be charged for the entire 12 months. When they say "cancel the subscription" they actually mean "cancel the automatic subscription renewal" which is entirely different. Your subscription remains active for the full year, you will be charged, and you cannot end it early as implied, so it's not a true subscription cancellation. Additionally, the test materials do not accurately reflect the scope of the actual exam, making them unhelpful for preparation.

I bought the annual testing plan for $266 AUD. This is the first downside, it's super expensive outside of the US, and about the price of two full Azure exams. About half an hour later I was granted access to the tests, and I immediately disabled the automatic annual renewal. This is the best way to go if you are planning on doing multiple tests in a year. I've noticed people complaining online that if you sign up for a monthly plan it runs for a year and cannot be cancelled early, and the cost of that plan comes out to almost twice the upfront annual plan. To me this is a dark pattern and a scummy practice no matter how clear they make it. Onto the product itself, the tests I have done so far for Azure Fundamentals exams were good. They are good practice and comparable to both the free Microsoft practice exams and the real thing. They also contain a lot of content that tells you why answers are right or wrong. I can't speak to the more complicated exams yet. The other important thing about MeasureUp is it is the ONLY practice exams authorised by Microsoft, and in the Microsoft certification code of conduct they reserve the right to strip you of your certifications if you use any other practice exams. So although other options online by other people are far cheaper they're simply not allowed. So this is the only way to go, which is quite a sad monopoly.

Good set of questions but lacking in consistency and questions were not well worded. I was studying for Microsoft Fabric but the question for Azure Service Fabric was included in the question set. Might have been some confusion there. Also, the way some of the questions were worded left a lot of room for confusion.

Too expensive! I am giving it ago for 1 test anyway but i cannot see the point. I looked at a yearly subscription but i would need 6 tests to break even. And the idea of not being able to switch back and forth between tests for such a big expense was ludicrous.

I failed the exam

I took the practice tests for PL-300 and did not have time to do the full test. The practice tests did an amazing job at preparing me for the actual exam. The practice exam questions were spot on in terms of the content and format of the actual exam. I came in with very little practical experience in Power BI. However, through a combination of using the Microsoft Learn prep, Udemy courses, and endless iterations of completing the MeasureUp practice exams I somehow passed. I absolutely recommend using MeasureUp to prepare for the PL-300 exam and will be utilizing it to prepare for other certifications going forward.

Good product. Good question and learning portal.
