We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this issue with reCAPTCHA may have caused you. We’ve investigated the root of the problem and found that it was due to a change in reCAPTCHA’s policy, which came into effect yesterday (Sunday). This update temporarily affected access for some users. The issue has now been resolved, and we’ve reached out to all users who contacted us about it. We sincerely regret that this impacted your study time, especially over the weekend, and we hope you’re now able to continue your exam preparation without further interruptions. If you experience any other issues or need additional support, please don’t hesitate to reach out ([email protected])— we’re here to help.

We’re very sorry for the confusion. Our subscriptions are based on an annual commitment, which can be paid either in a single upfront payment or in 12 monthly installments. When you canceled, what was actually canceled was the automatic renewal for the following year. However, your current subscription remains active until the end of the original annual term. If you haven’t already, we recommend reaching out to our support team at [email protected] so we can review your case in detail and see if it qualifies for cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help clarify anything further.
