Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience with the new interface—we’re glad you like it! Regarding the issue on your tablet with code-based questions and drag-and-drop interactions: currently, these question types are optimized for desktop use to ensure full functionality.

As we mentioned in our email, you currently have the same practice test active in online mode. The reason we removed downloadable products is to avoid potential risks associated with outdated technology and to ensure you can take full advantage of our new platform, MeasureUp Learn, which offers enhanced features and a better user experience. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you need any assistance accessing your online practice test.

Thank you very much for your feedback, and congratulations on achieving your certification! You are absolutely correct—Microsoft strictly prohibits any practice test questions from being identical to those on the official exam. However, we strive to make them as similar as possible: We follow the same objectives as the certification exam, use the same question types, and ensure that the wording is as close as possible. In short, our goal is to provide an experience that closely mirrors what you will encounter during the actual exam.

In a constantly evolving world of certification exams, our content team works tirelessly to keep all our practice tests up to date. We follow a rigorous process when creating and updating our tests: reviewing the exam objectives and sub-objectives, aligning with them, using the same question types, and ensuring the wording is as similar as possible. Our ultimate goal is to provide the best possible preparation experience, and we sincerely apologize if we occasionally fall short of meeting every expectation.
