That’s awesome to hear- especially the part about not having to think about your meals during the week. That’s exactly what we’re trying to solve. When the food is something you actually look forward to and it simplifies your routine, that’s when it really clicks. Appreciate you calling out the flavor and variety too- “never boring” is a big win for us. Thanks for the recommendation! - Meal Prep Sunday Team

That’s a really honest breakdown, and we appreciate you giving it a shot even after feeling a bit skeptical from the ads. That first impression matters, so we get where you’re coming from. Reheat quality is actually one of the biggest things we focus on behind the scenes, so it’s great to hear the flavor still holds up for you after warming it up — that’s usually where most services fall short. Glad it ended up being a positive experience overall, and thanks for taking the time to share the full journey from skeptical to satisfied. - Meal Prep Sunday Team

Hi Tara, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback—we truly appreciate it. We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t reflect the level of service and clarity we aim to provide. To clarify a couple of points, our weekly menu does rotate with 15 new meals each week, but we understand how dietary preferences and restrictions can make the available selection feel more limited. That’s helpful feedback for us, and we’ll absolutely take another look at how we communicate and structure that experience so it’s clearer and more intuitive. We’re also very sorry for the frustration you experienced with skipping your order and the issues you ran into with the system. When things don’t work as expected, especially around travel plans, that’s understandably upsetting. We’d always prefer to step in directly and work through those situations over the phone so we can find the best possible solution in real time. We also want to sincerely apologize for how this was handled and the outcome you described regarding the fee and cancellation. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have with us. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to connect and make this right. Please feel free to reach out directly to our customer service team, or we can have someone reach out to you as well. We truly value your past support and your honest feedback—it helps us improve and get better moving forward. — Meal Prep Sunday Team

This is awesome to hear — especially for a first week! Sounds like you really put the service to the test with meals for the whole household, so it’s great to know it delivered across the board. WFH routines are exactly where this tends to make the biggest difference — quick lunches, no prep, no cleanup, and still feeling full and on track. Glad those specific meals stood out too — that’s a solid lineup. Appreciate you sharing your experience and the recommendation — welcome to the community! - Meal Prep Sunday Team
