MDLive was very easy to navigate. I was able to quickly set up my account, arrange a consultation, and connect face-to-face with a doctor. My need came during "off" hours, so my only option was a costly and lengthy visit to the ER. Instead, I was able to get sound medical advice along with prescriptions called in and ready at my pharmacy first thing the next morning. The doctor even called me a couple hours after our consultation as his shift was ending to provide another suggestion that he had considered. I was very impressed with MDLive from start to finish and have spoken to several colleagues encouraging them to utilize this benefit rather than traditional routes for non-emergency medical issues.

I was able to get a diagnosis without having to sit in the doctor's office. I was able to get home and get much needed rest. I will use this service again.
