Needed doctor help asap, first contacted my primary provider wh9 was not available at that time so i left a message. Then i contacted my insurance to see which urgent center is covered by my policy and they reminded me of MDLIVE. I called and got response within 20 minutes, after quick phone triage i had prescription called in and filled that same hour. Very impressive! And by the way, a week later, still "waiting" on my primary to callback...

I’m very pleased with this service, the doctors are very nice, considerate and professional. It’s so convenient to not have to go to the doctors office when you feel horrible. Will use again.

I absolutely love using MDLIVE! Quick, efficient and if you need meds, they call them into your local pharmacy. I will call on my way to work and stop at pharmacy at lunch. The whole process takes less time than just checking into your local clinic and you avoid hours spent sitting in a waiting room full of people with all kinds of sicknesses. A+ in my book!!!

The fact that I did not have to drive to a doctor and wait in line for something that would have taken all of 5 minutes with the doctor, is fantastic! I actually felt listened to when I talked to the doctor.

The doctor was informative and helpful. Loved not having to go to an urgent care over the weekend but instead got to stay in my PJs and warm house and still receive the help and information and medication I needed.
