Nobody call , I called 4 times the Doctor cancelled the appointment , no any reference, nothing of nothing . I lost my time , in the app said paid $20 after somebody call me and said if I need a new doctor , and they don't know what I need , just a doctor , unbelievable. I called 2 days ago to make sure about my copay and they said me $20 , know they called me again and offer me a doctor for $350 , hahahahahahahahahahaha Unbelievable , Really ridiculous , Well one more experience , Thank you Dr Gerardo Sorkin.

First waiting for my appointment Hour 115 mins. received a message 15 mins after the appointment saying i waiting 8 mins you never showed. They took my 90 bucks. i called they told me to reschedule. What why so you can take more of my money. they never emailed never called my cell or home phone mind you i should be sitting in an appointment right now with them instead i am writing this, i call scam

This is the worst telehealth system I’ve ever used. I waited on hold for almost 2 hours only to be told by the doctor that finally called me, that he couldn’t help because he wasn’t a pediatrician. Then was on the phone with customer support for 45 minutes trying to set up a new appointment with a scheduled time and get a refund. Then was told that the first available appointment was 2.5 hours away. The representative transferred me to the secure pay line and it wouldn’t accept my card so I had to stay on the phone with her even longer while I set another appointment just to have the difficulty of none of the available doctors being a pediatrician again. RIDICULOUS, horrible system. I could’ve already been seen at an urgent pediatric care clinic already. Extremely disappointed and will never ever use this telehealth system again and will not refer anybody to it but will rather make sure people I know don’t use it.

What a joke. Save yourself the grief since you are already sick. This is the second time for me to use them and will NEVER use them again. The first time a Dr called back after a couple of hours and told be to breath in to a damp hot towel? Said too many days had passed being sick and did nothing for me. Not to mention I could barely, and I mean barely understand his english. No offense but come on. Second time, 2 hours before call back and must have been same Dr from 2 years ago. Told me to breath in to hot towel!! Called within 24 hours of "feeling" bad. I paid for a prescription on Nyquil basically. My apologies in advance. F$@K this service. What a joke!!

I was sick yesterday and my wife wanted me to try mdlive. After filling out all the required Information about myself, I waited four hours and never did actually see a doctor. Mdlive plays the most annoying recording over and over again while you are waiting forever. There wasn’t one available until 12:30am so I was forced to cancel and go to a local Acworth Ga emergicare. Run from mdlive. It is terrible.

I used this service a few times before and was satisfied but today waited and hours hours with no updates — if you’re ill this service is only helpful if you actually know when they will get to you— I could have gone to any other place in the time I waited for these people to call back— I had to repeat my info about 4 times simply to cancel the appointment after it became clear I might not ever get a call back. I was not told when scheduled that there was any anticipated delay. My pharmacy closes early on Saturday so I just needed to know. I’ll only use this service again as a last resort — the customer service was poor, no one could answer my questions and I had to wait even longer just to tell them I wanted a supervisor to call me back. Waiting over 4 hours to call back with no info simply isn't acceptable.

Totally unprofessional and horrible! I cant wait to tell Cigna they need to change to teledoc!

I do not understand how this company could have any positive reviews. What an absolute nightmare. When I first logged in I was told there was a long wait and was offered the option to schedule an appointment for 12:50 this afternoon. I logged in around 12:45 and was placed in a "waiting room" for the provider to arrive. Around 1:20 or so the provider still had no arrived, worried there may be something wrong with my app I called customer service and was told that they saw me in the waiting room and that the provider was just running behind but would "be with me as soon as possible." Customer service then told me that I would get a text and email when the provider was available to see me so I would know when to login again so I didn't have to keep waiting. At 4pm after not hearing anything for several hours I logged back in to see what was going on and saw that my appointment was now completely gone, but of course my credit card was charged for the visit. This company is a total scam, RUN DO NOT do business with them. I called customer service again and now they are trying to say I missed the appointment, you have got to be kidding me. I will be fighting them for my money back for services not rendered.
