Quick response and provided applicable treatment for my medical issue.

I requested an appointment via the app. I received a call within 5-10 minutes and the doctor was very thorough. My treatment plan included a prescription, that was sent directly to my pharmacy (I had already loaded on my app profile) and I had the medication within 2 hrs of starting the whole process. It kept me from having to visit an urgent care center and risk exposure to any sick contacts.

I've used MDLIVE for myself and both my children, and each time I've used it, I've had a very positive experience. I live in rural Iowa, and our primary care doctor is a 50 mile round-trip drive, so MDLIVE cuts out that drive time, mileage, waiting in clinic, then waiting again once in the doctor's room, plus it saves us $90 each visit. MDLIVE only costs us $10 per visit as opposed to $100/visit to see a doc in-person. That's not exactly pocket change for a middle-class family like myself. Besides the time and money saved, its convenience of reaching a doc 24/7 is hard to beat. I really like that I can choose between a video call or phone call; when I was recently diagnosed with a sinus infection I used another app (AveraNow), and only had the option of video call. I had to wait ON the app around 40 minutes to see the next available doc, and got knocked off a couple times and had to start my wait over. With MDLIVE, you simply enter your number then THEY call YOU back. So easy, and I can use that wait time doing other things, not staring at my phone waiting to be seen like on AveraNow (which also cost me $49/visit, as opposed to the $10/visit with MDLIVE). Thus far, I've seen no downsides to using this service. All the doctors have been profession, polite and very helpful. Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy within an hour, too, and in my hands within two. I'll definitely be using this service again, and I love that I can save so much time and money with MDLIVE.

I called MDLive for a cold sore on my lip. After I completed my initial information, the wait for a return call was 30 min. Very reasonable. The doctor who called was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He asked relevant questions and then prescribed my medication to my local pharmacy. The doctor even gave me a back up plan. I Will use this service again

I called and told them I had Pinkeye and the doctor asked that I send him a picture. After that the prescription was sitting at my pharmacy when I arrived!

after using this service twice i can say the doctors i have talked with will help any way They can. great service, a little to cheap for the convenience and quality, a charge of 49 dollars and a great doctor calls i feel at-least 125 dollars for the doctors time. thanks again FRANK B

I have used MD Live twice now with a great outcome both times. Quick response and they listen to your symptoms. So much better than visiting a germ infested urgent care! Found myself a new way to be treated quick!!
