The site claims to treat sore throat we called presented with signs and symptoms of a sore throat provider insisted on a lab confirming strep throat. When asked what treatment would be indicated for sore throat, without strep test confirmation, I was told to drink fluids and rest. This is ridiculous. What is the point of seeing a video doctor if they insist on lab tests to diagnose & prescribe meds.

They are not cheap and they should not say the treatment is accurate. It is not. The doctor without listening to my problems of having fever , headache and chest congestion concluded I have sinus and prescribed me some general antibiotic that works for most of the infections in your body where as I have a specific respiratory infection. There is no way the patient can communicate with the doctor without paying another consultation fee. It's a scam.

I believe I was misdiagnosed with Poison Ivy. But after taking the full week of oral medication and topical cream, I still have my ringworm-like marks all over my torso and upper arms. It has even begun to spread to my back and upper legs. It doesn't itch and I believe I have some sort of bacteria/fungus/viral infection.

I have used MD Live several times. In general, I have had positive experiences. My most recent experience has me waiting for a call for over 2 hours after being originally told that worst case scenario was one hour and getting several texts saying I was about to be called by a physician who never called. I just called customer service for the third time, and they admitted they have no idea when I will get a call. New info. They said I could make an appointment for 130 AM which would be about 5 hours after my initial contact. With this kind of service, I would have been better off going to urgent care or saving the $75 and going to my PCP tomorrow. I will think twice before using this service again

It’s so unfortunate that I shared all information on the notes for my child and the appointment was still accepted only to be asked the same questions that were already answered and told that there is nothing they could do for my child. Waste of time and money. Never again will I use this service for any of my children.

Your service prescribed antibiotics to my pregnant wife which our pharmacist and later our OBGYN said were known to cause birth defects. Thankfully, we checked with them before taking them. Your service was aware she was pregnant. I wish this was the end of our bad experience. I received a follow-up call from nurse, Rachel Buzzelli, who told me our OBGYN and pharmacist were wrong and their service had done nothing wrong. The reckless disregard for patient safety is highly concerning. I don't believe any pregnant woman should use this service. Customer service was nice and courteous, but be wary of their 'experts'.

Do not waist your time. See a real Doctor!! They will not listen to what you have to say and are only concerned with call volume. After the doctor canceled my original appointment. I left for work. She called after I left and would not listen past that. This happened all bc SHE canceled the original appointment and I was no longer home like planned. ONLY USE IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND BECOME FRUSTRATED!!! I have already talked to their customer service and their help was to charge me again and to speak to this doctor. Customer service listened and agreed, but their doctors do not have time nor care to listen to you.

The doctor asked 2/3 questions and provided a diagnosis of a common cold and referred me to OTC medicines (which I had been taking for 3 days prior with no relief). I begged and actually cried that I believed that my problem was bacterial and I needed antibiotics. My care provider coldly replied " antibiotics won't help this, though". In under 2 minutes I was shut down and had spent $45 dollars. I then went to a local urgent care where I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and prescribed antibiotics and steroids. I will never use this service again.
