Doctor wrote prescription wrong, it took 3 days to figure out the problem. No one actually got back with me, I can had to keep calling to get any information. The prescription was for amoxicillin. The doctor wrote it as take it one a day for 10 days BUT wrote a prescription for double that amount. It was supposed to be twice a day for 10 days. I won’t be using your services again

This is the worst service I've ever received. First time using the crappy service and the experience is a nightmare. I've enrolled a year ago but never in the need to use it. Today my son was complaining about ear ache and decided to try. First, they make my son to wait 40 minutes in the video waiting room for the Dr. but not only that after all that time they just interrupt the video call. I call customer service because the chat service is another joke and was told that they would put him in a new waiting room again to wait. They told that he will receive this time a direct phone call. Yes he did but they continue to call him and not talking. Finally he got contacted from someone for one minute and she told him that she can't prescribe nothing because is not an ear infection. OMG this is the biggest SCAM and lost time in my live. He definitely have an ear infection!!! I WILL ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICE.

Holy Cow! Just read the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. Save your sanity and your bank account. Did anyone else notice that the BBB response is a form response?

The quality of care could not be lower and more rushed. My provider told me upfront he's an ER doctor and doesn't know much about skin conditions. He wrote me a 1 month prescription initially for medications costing more that $5,000 to fill (no joke). I had to then go back and forth with MD Live to get the prescription changed to generic. THEN I actually get the prescription and its good for 1 month. Again, totally useless. I have to pay to see another provider in 1 months time to actually treat me for this condition because MD LIVE failed to. Do not use this service and do not use Doctor Kling.

I did not like my first experience with MDLive. Apparently, the doctor used the wrong code for billing for my appointment. I was asked to go back to MDLIve and talk to the provider because of their mistake. MDLive could not get a hold of their own doctor that did the call. They asked me to contact the doctor that I did not even know. I was also prescript a topical solution that was denied by my insurance company. They could not get a hold of the doctor that did the call. After all that Telehealth (MDLive) asked me to start over with a different doctor on MDLive. I did not do that and I was shocked that I was asked too. I hope to never have to use MDLive again.

Horrible! If you have two insurances watch out! They billed my secondary and wouldn't take my primary or even bill them. Yet sent me receipts with $0 listed. At the end of the year they said I have to submit claims to my primary insurance, because they won't do it. I said ok, but they wouldn't give me the information to submit to them. Still sitting on a balance that I can't submit, and they won't give me the information I need to submit it to primary so primary can either pay or deny it and then secondary will pay. They do list a convenient credit card option to pay! I suppose after pulling your hair out, people will just do that then try to deal with their billing department. And here's their automatic response of course, just had to update that I have contacted them and I gave them my information, maybe it will take another year to get it sorted out!

Spent over an hour on the phone with them last night. After all was said and done the doctor prescribed an over the counter drug. The end result is that I have two kids out of school today and my wife had to take off from work to take them to a real doctor. It doesn't matter if the ladies taking the information are sweet if the doctor is an incompetent fool. I called them back and gave them the opportunity to fix their mistake and call in the correct prescription but never got a call back. They failed from start to finish. Why would I call a doctor for an over the counter drug. I will never use this useless service again.

The first appt with MDLIVE was handled as expected and appropriately. However, the next 2 appts were never met. There wasn’t ever a call to complete the appt and my health needs!
