This was my first time to use MDLIVE
This was my first time to use MDLIVE. I hate waiting in doctors' offices because the wait is usually very long, and I feel I'm exposed to more germs and diseases while waiting near other ill people. Most of the time, I already know what is wrong with me (Being raised by physicians had its advantages!); I just go to the doctor to confirm it and get the right medication. This was one of those times... I was beyond pleased and impressed with Dr. Patel's quick diagnosis and ability to get me what I needed through MDLIVE! The doctor was extremely thorough and professional as well as knowledgable and efficient. I would definitely use MDLIVE again... If I had something that was very questionable or concerning, such as chest pain or fainting, I would probably prefer to go to the hospital. But if it's something common and fairly obvious, like a UTI, this is a wonderful service to save time and money and start healing quickly.
