I absolutely love MDLIVE. It is so convenient to have access to medical care when one is sick and the last thing they want to do is go to urgent care and sit for hours waiting to see a doctor. It is so easy to check in and within 10 minutes you are talking to a qualified professional. The doctors I’ve seen are friendly, sincere and spot on with their diagnosis. They order my prescription and it’s ready when I get to the pharmacy. I truly wish this benefit was available for people on retiree health bc/bs, which I will be switching to in a month. Not having a co-pay is a huge bonus, but I’d still use MDLIVE even if there were one. It had truly been a godsend.

I had a earache and was leaving the next day on a flight. I didn't have time to get a Drs appointment. MDlive was quick and very helpful. I got Drs assistance and antibiotic drops for my ear the same day.
