This was my first time using this service and it will be my last! The ONLY good thing about it was that the dr called me quickly- I only waited approximately 20 mins after filling out all the on-line questions. Then he called.... had a very thick accent which made it very hard to understand him. Asked me a few questions and told me just to take over-the-counter meds which I had already been doing for 3 days with no relief. ( Im sure I have an ear infection). I asked him for an antibiotic and he told me very forcefully- "you dont need an antibiotic"!! Told me to just continue taking what I have been, gargle with salt water and chew gum!! He said its just an upper respiratory viral infection. I could understand if I was asking for a narcotic- but an antibiotic? Really??? So I wasted $55 for a so-called doctor to tell me to chew gum. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Spent 45 minutes making a consultation appointment for a counselor for my daughter for tomorrow, only to sign into my email at 10 PM to find out they cancelled it. I called and they couldn't tell me why it was cancelled only that the provider had cancelled it and there were no appointments for the rest of the month. First and last time using them!

Terrible! I was given a prescription for cough medicine. I told the doctor I had a sinus infection and was concerned I would not get better. He assured me I had a virus. I did NOT have a virus. I had a double ear infection and sinus infection. I will finally get well now that my primary care physician has given me the antibiotic that the MDLive doctor should have prescribed. Don’t waste your time or money on this service.

Very disappointing. Rude doctors. Billing screws up everything. Charged us fees that should have been billed to our insurance, and after bringing it up to MDLive on many occasions during my very busy schedule, they do nothing but try and placate you with BS just to have you call some more and scream at them because they don't fix it!!!. Service stinks. Billing stinks. Avoid this trap.

if you are a pilot DO NOT USE this service. I came down with the flu. I was prescribed Tamiflu which is a 5 day treatment. The FAA states one has to wait 24 hrs after completing the tamiflu treatment to fly again. I asked for a Dr's note and they would only do it for 3 days. This service was more expensive than an Urgent Care and the Dr's note did not even mention the medication I was prescribed so my boss would know all the details of what is happening. NEVER AGAIN. BE AWARE!!!!!!

Difficulty setting up an account. Tried multiple times. Called 3 different times to get it to work. The doctor did not give me an antibiotic and diagnosed me with a cold and sinus infection when my symptoms included coughing up green phlegm. Could not log into the account I set up, and spent all that time getting it to work, to review the consultation summary. 3 days later and in worse condition so I have to visit a doctor anyways. Never Again! Waste of time and money!

Yep same thing here February 9 2020. I spent $75 have a sinus infection for him to tell me I need a CT scan to go to the emergency room complete scam and then the doctor hung up on me.

Complete scam. Spend $75 for a Dr. to tell you to go to the urgent care for a sinus infection. They can’t treat me over the phone. What’s the point of your service then?
